紅橡菜

食用方法---生菜脆嫩葉片或葉球供食葉球心葉甜外葉微苦質脆爽口、清香風味好屬生食菜類上品生菜食法多歐美、日本等國家主要生食

① 時蔬蘸鼓油

:生菜掰成片洗淨淋乾水分蘸甜麵醬或炸醬食用(也蘸熟醬油吃) ②自製快餐:洗淨整片或大片生菜淋幹卷上醬肉或炒雞蛋(或撒上花椒鹽油炸荷包蛋)夾麵包或饅頭食用 ③稀白少司燴青豆生菜: 原料:青豆100g生菜150g稀白少司200g、鹽、胡椒粉各少許 涮火鍋:生菜火鍋上好材料
